Our friends at Hillarys came to us with a challenge. They needed to improve their wine list fast and wanted a unique Italian brand with a powerful story to help them up their game and increase sales.

 

We introduced them to the wines from our partners at Casa Divino Provvidenza, the white Cacchione, red Cesanese and their sparkling MareDivino (white and rosè). Buy them here :)

We also spent time with their waiters, gave them the history of the grapes, the romans and the vineyard itself and helped them shape this into a clear narrative to share with their clientele.

 

The story they now tell brings gravitas and interest to the product heightening the quality of sale whilst still selling on flavour and matching suitable wine types to the Hillarys menu.
