100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, made from the Bosana cultivar.

It is an extra virgin oil with an intense but well-balanced flavor. Suitable for all palates, it is classified as a medium fruity oil, ideal for all culinary uses. Its persistent bitterness and spiciness make it perfect for salads, roasts, boiled and braised dishes, game, and both cooked and raw vegetables.

A wonderful oil, Michele's and his family's love and care for their olive trees can be tasted in the end product. It  has a medium-intense fruitiness with notes of artichoke, thistle, and fresh almond.
